The public onsen was relaxing after long days.

I had a delightful stay at Kanazawa Manten Hotel Ekimae. The staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed, and the public onsen was a perfect way to relax after a long day exploring. The proximity to the train station was extremely convenient.

The location of Manten Hotel is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Kanazawa station. The public bath area is spacious and features a nice small outdoor space. I loved the pillows. they were among the best I’ve had in Japan. The room, though tiny, was clean and comfortable. Access to the onsen made for a perfect way to unwind after a long day touring the area. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options, though the Western style may not fulfill everyone’s expectations. One downside was noise from nearby train tracks, especially if you’re assigned a room on the lower numbers. The air-conditioning controls were limited, making it less comfortable during warmer nights. Despite these issues, I would stay here again for the value and overall experience.

The onsen was fantastic, especially after a long day exploring Nishi Chaya District with the kids and our furry friends. The location was ideal for accessing transportation. Plus, the staff's politeness and attentiveness made our visit even more enjoyable!

For dads, it would be great to have a play area for kids.

Loved the relaxing public bath. perfect after a long day out! The convenient luggage lockers were a lifesaver for my travels.

This place is a gem! It’s super close to the train station which made getting around a breeze. The onsen on the top floor was such a treat, especially after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was pretty cool too with both Japanese and Western options—though the corn soup was a bit odd. The room was a bit cramped for my taste.
